Come see me this Sunday, September 22, at the Brooklyn Book Festival on the Brooklyn Borough Hall grounds. I attended a fabulous interview last night with artist/writer Peter McGough whose book I’ve Seen the Future and I’m Not Going was featured at a Festival event at the Powerhouse book store in DUMBO.
I’ll be at Booth #115 with two other authors from She Writes Press, my publisher, and flanked by two more booths with more women from SWP. The weather prediction is perfect, warm enough for me to wear my new Too Much of Not Enough t-shirt. I’ll be selling and autographing books all day, so stop by and say hi.
I haven’t participated in a trade show since my craft days that ended in the early 2000’s. Nowadays, the canopy is provided. We used to have to schlep our own and put it up. Now, I simply need to cart a case of books with me – no small task without a car – and stack ’em high.
I look forward to walking the show, meeting other authors and being in Brooklyn where there are so many avid readers and writers.
Good luck, Jane!!!
Just saw a book today a male friend was reading called :The Seven Levels of Intimacy, by Matthew Kelly. I’m intrigued.
@Carol Do let me know if you read it and how it was!
