Yup! Those were the very words my Visions team spoke to me yesterday. I wrote them down as one of my goals to accomplish before we meet again in two weeks.
I was complaining that this whole season has gone by without me entering an outdoor body of water, the hallmark for summer in my mind. “Rent a Zipcar, and go to Harriman State Park,” I was advised. I noted that today’s temperature was going to be in the high 90’s and that the only unbreakable appointment I had was with my 1:30pm coaching client.
Meanwhile, a friend had asked me earlier in the week if I’d like to go to the beach. Sorry to say, but I’m not a salt-water kinda person. I know. I emailed her to let her know of my plan to trek upstate in search of clear water. That I’d be able to leave right after my call.
Then, I received a text from my 1:30 client asking if we might have our session either earlier or later in the day. Divine Intervention! I would not have asked, but since it was a favor to her, we’ll be speaking at 9:30am this morning.
Zipcar has a great Jeep for me, and I’ll be on my way at 11am today. I could not be more excited!

Brilliant, Jane. Gosh I don’t think I’ve jumped in the water and I live at the beach. What??? Here’s to a great fall.
@Nancy – Hope this motivated you to take the plunge on one of these hot, hot days. xo
Jane,
Interesting coincidence: we recently stayed at a lovely cabin on a lake in North Carolina where the owners had a large photo frame, with an illustrative photo, with the phrase “go jump in the lake”……So we did!!! It was great!
@ Mary B Too funny! Thanks for sharing!
